a tender respite on my journey
clean room helpful nikki excellent service parking app
the room was so clean, it reminded me of a sanctuary. the ensuite felt fine. nikki, at reception, was REALLY helpful. she was so polite and attentive. tarlkk provided excellent service and even told us about the parking app, where i save money.
The experience was mostly good. the only SLIGHT inconvenience i encountered was with the pillows. They felt a bit lumpy.

The room was quite noisy. The window did not close properly, made the noise much worse. I reported this, but the staff just apologized without offering a solution.

clean room hot shower friendly staff uncomfortable bed lumpy pillows road noise
The room was large and very clean. The shower was hot and powerful, which I found refreshing after a long day. Reception staff were friendly. They were also professional.
The bed was not comfortable and the pillows felt lumpy, impacting my sleep quality. I noticed that the hotel lacked a microwave. Road noise from the motorway was also noticeable and made it difficult to sleep with the window open.

smooth check-in and super clean room
well trained staff really good cleanliness
The staff were knowledgeable. they answered all my questions with ease. the housekeepers kept my room clean. it was evident they took pride in their work. i also found it convenient to use the service facilities through the hotel reception. I didn't need to exit the building, a real plus for me.
I did experience an issue with the shower. The water pressure was quite poor. it made showering less refreshing than i would have liked. the lack of strong water flow was a noticeable drawback.

my room was spotlessly clean with nice towels. a great hospitality tray was also available. i found the room very quiet, which allowed me to rest undisturbed after a tiring day. the cleanliness was AMAZING!!!
